11.01.2022 Shout out to local Sunshine Coast lad Lachie Lansdown who is chasing another win in the Unlimited class in this weekend's Catalina Classic Paddleboard Race in California. Established in 1955, the Catalina Classic is the oldest endurance paddleboard race in the world. Paddlers leave Isthmus cove, Catalina Island, at 6am (11pm Sunday Qld time) and paddle 32 miles to the Manhattan Beach Pier. Reports of record conditions with a tail wind this year. Go Lachie!
