24.01.2022 Christmas Styling This was so popular last year. I can’t tell you how many calls started with I have a million mismatched decorations and every year I add more on trend target or kmart additions and I’m so overwhelmed. // Let me help! I live and breathe Christmas and can help you with it all, from how to dress a tree to dinner settings and everything in between. As I will be doing this alongside my regular edesign this year - it’s first in best dressed, DM for details.

24.01.2022 Does anything say spring in Australia quite like wattle? @ozdesignfurniture are running a Moodboard comp with @stylesourcebook to create your spring living or dining space - not surprisingly, I have a few ideas

24.01.2022 The balance of warm and cool tones creates a pastel calm. Intended to prevent overwhelm, almost like a burrow, These are the snuggle tones you want to wrap around yourself to escape the world outside. Stir in some terrazzo, leather, jute, glass and timber and you have a recipe for a great living space.

22.01.2022 Happy Friday! End of the school term, What a hectic few months. We’re packing and moving house on Tuesday, celebrating my birthday on Sunday and looking forward to all that spring sunshine and new growth // Here’s a spring inspired living area created using @stylesourcebook and featuring @ozdesignfurniture

20.01.2022 Happy first birthday to this little dream of mine. On this day 12 months ago, I swallowed my fear, registered my business, scratched out a plan and held on tight. It started as a side project with me taking about one or two clients a month. Fast forward six months and an unforeseen pandemic had plans for (many of us) that left me with a lot more time to focus solely on seeing what this could be. From there, I have been solidly booked 6-8 week in advance and have booked out 2...020 already. I have been invited into more than fifty homes to help you see the best in them, I have won multiple Moodboard completions and met a million beautiful, supportive, like minded humans through this platform. I am so humbled and grateful and hashtag ‘blessed’ to do what I adore on the daily. Sending a huge thank you to all of my past, present and future clients for being the most important part of my story. I can’t wait to see what the second year of Oleander & Finch brings See more

19.01.2022 I don’t quite have time this week to create all new moodboards, due to moving house - so I’ve decided for the next four days to revisit and feature some of my personal favourite moodboards I’ve created. Starting with this one, because that sofa is goals. I am a registered designer with @jardanfurniture so if you want one, let me know

17.01.2022 Something quirky to kick off your Wednesday. I’m sitting here dealing with my #oneroomchallenge jealousy by creating my own spaces I’d love to be bringing to life. doesn’t the right art in a room just blow your mind?

16.01.2022 Moodboard Monday How many layers of texture is too many layers of textures? Jokes, there’s no such thing!

15.01.2022 With spring here, we all feel the need to reconnect with nature. // Invite the natural world into your home through green life, botanical artworks and this nature-inspired colour palette. // Biophilic design celebrates that connection and I’m yet to see an example I don’t love

13.01.2022 Nursery Goals I don’t often design kids rooms or baby nooks (so much fun) but when I do, I love incorporating a healthy mix of grown up decor. I love when a room can grow with its occupant and avoid being so babyish or needing a glow up within two years of creating it. . Are you more of a traditional nursery type, or a little bit quirky too? . This was created using @stylesourcebook that gorgeous gallery wall featuring @oliveetoriel prints.

12.01.2022 I’ve decided I’m going all in on Christmas this week. My tree’s been up for a while now and pockets of the house is festive already, but today we’re baking gingerbread and listening to carols. I suppress my inner elf 10 months of the year, Might as well make the most of this special time while it’s mildly acceptable.. have you gotten into the spirit yet?

11.01.2022 This one bedroom apartment is goals // It is said that eucalyptus has relaxing properties. Looking at this, I’d say they’re probably right

10.01.2022 Creating another spring inspired dream living & dining space today using @stylesourcebook featuring @ozdesignfurniture

09.01.2022 My ultimate spring living & dining room. Created using @stylesourcebook - When I think spring, I immediately think pink blooms and soft neutrals.

09.01.2022 Moodboard Monday here’s my last one of 2020 I’ve been pouring back over the 450+ Moodboards I made this year for clients, businesses and socials - it’s not easy picking some favourites but I will showcase some over the break that I haven’t shared before

08.01.2022 Paint colours .. we are starting to have a serious think about the paint choices for our renovation and I suspect we will lean to a soft neutral palette, but seriously, some days I want to throw all the bold bright beautiful tones around. Are you game to go bold at your house?

05.01.2022 I love hearing what you think when we nail the concept stage of edesign! Swipe to see this master bedroom full Moodboard concept - monochrome lovers, this ones for you @ Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

04.01.2022 Moodboard Monday Today feels monumental in the lives of so many regional victorians. I welled up at the thoughts of being free to see my nieces and nephews and family again, Of returning to our old town to socialise and of course, being able to shop retail where there are actually shops 14ks away (but technically metro) away from us watch out Bunnings, I’m coming for you. // What are you most (or was the best whenever your lockdown ended) looking forward to today?

02.01.2022 It’s no secret of all the design elements, texture is one of my faves. It doesn’t just help depict how a room feels but even influences the acoustics and how it sounds and looks. (probably tastes too but I’ll leave that to you to test.) Texture doesn’t just have to come from what we place in a room. It can come from the room itself. Textured wall and floor finishes are totally having a moment, and I’m here for it. Is anyone else a weirdo that has to touch everything they see?!

01.01.2022 Still vibing that ‘spring fresh’ room refresh. I can’t wait to declutter etc and set up on the other side of our move. Last entry for the @ozdesignfurniture comp using @stylesourcebook -
