01.01.2022 Olive Branch Preserves Amanda Worth has been involved in the food industry for 39 odd years on and off through cafes, resturaunts & manufacturing. Olive Branch ...Preserves was established in 2004 by Ron & Laima Paine former attendees at the Lancefield & District Farmers Market, in 2009 Amanda began working within the business. In 2014 the founding owners decided to retire and that left the future of the famous Berry Bomb, Kowabunga Kasoundi, Rosemary & Roast Garlic Jelly, along with many others in doubt. Amanda recalls, As I had carried out many markets I knew how popular the products were. So, what’s the old saying, ‘I bought the company!’ Even though I’m not a lover of the cold or early mornings I do love the face to face chats, fellow marketers and being able to offer a quality product without the add on costs. A huge amount of Amanda’s raw product is sourced from fellow marketers such as; Peelers Apples, Igs Figs, Kangaroo Hills Organic Farm & KLM Fruits. Very rarely do I need to source from outside of Victoria. Due to seasonal produce the range varies however the core is; an old fashioned Trampy Tomato Relish, Groovy Green Pickles, various berry jams, quince & apple jellies & more. You can find Amanda & her range of Olive Branch products, made in Maldon, at the launch of the Malmsbury Village Farmers' Market THIS SUNDAY.
