16.01.2022 It's the perfect weather for BBQs Healthy salads & delicious summer fruits. Fresh beetroots with some shaved fennel & Spanish onion,then a good splash of a balsamic vinaigrette......yum!

15.01.2022 Jicama with Turkey bacon and kale. Wanted to share our latest discovery , Jicama (hee cama),this little powerhouse of nutrients is so versatile and tastes like a cross between an apple and a water chestnut. It can be eaten raw or cooked , and is available at most Asian grocery stores. We love it and it will be featuring in our catering menus this spring !

15.01.2022 OG recently returned from overseas. In Tokyo we checked out the latest sustainable packaging, new trends in healthy living & a circular economy in full swing. In Ireland we witnessed the enormous shift towards affordable organic produce in supermarkets & the rise in the number of electric cars with free power up stations everywhere. Here's to 2015 where we would love to see some innovation & sustained commitment to a healthier happier Australia.

12.01.2022 Ok these bags of goodness are on their way to one of our clients who we make bulk juices and smoothies for. Next time you order a juice ask them to add Tumeric (curcumin). It's a power house of antioxidants and anti inflammatory. Some say it dates back to biblical times when the 3 wise men brought frankincense, myrrh & gold (being Tumeric) !!!!
