15.01.2022 15th May (so 8 days!) my light shaping workshop is on at @innkeeperstudios. I’ll be explaining a heap of different lighting set ups. This first shot is a two light set up and that haze effect is from the filter on my lens! The second is natural light using a diffuser to soften up the light and a bounce to warm up the shot. The third is a one light set up. The fourth is a 2 light set up but with very different modifiers! The fifth is a one light set up with a extra large umbre...lla! Then it’s a one light set up again with lots of diffusion. The final shot is four coloured lights, all of them cheap torches from Bunnings, and two desk lamps, the ultimate DIY option; a lot cheaper than the Profoto heads I used to create most of the other shots, which honestly you don’t need, a Godox setup will do just as well! I wanna teach you a variety of ways to do things, not make you a one trick pony, not teach you to shoot like I do.
