Kath's Tip of the Day: Companion planting can greatly benefit your veggie bed, from repelling unwanted insects and caterpillars to enhancing pollination. Some examples of good companion plants include Nasturtiums, they are great friends of strawberries and marigolds are best friends with tomatoes as they repel insects. Both are edible and renowned for being a great accompaniment in salads. So consider planting a companion for your veggies.
