21.01.2022 THANK YOU To the producers and olive enthusiasts who kindly offered their time to assist with the Adelaide Royal Show Cellar Door, we averaged around 24 tasting participants per session over the ten days. Acknowledging the contribution of Michael J, Andrew M, Kent H, Ann H, Michelle F, David C, Ed M, Paul E, Michele E, Brian M, Mary R, Michelle W, Robin S, Paul C, Mel H, and Jared B.... Along with the wonderful support of the Royal Show allocated volunteers Vittoria, Robert, Heather, Josie, Mark, Ted, Raelene, Marie and Jill. Your experience and enthusiasm is inspiring. Have a fantastic year, and let's do it again next Royal Show 2020.

11.01.2022 Today, Kathy and I visited the Olivewood Homestead museum in Renmark, home of the Chafey brothers, pioneers of the River Murray Irrigation industry. Im standing in front of the replica of their stone mill. The house is surrounded by 130 year old olive trees. Volunteers still produce and sell Olivewood oil each year.
