We have been working alongside the client and the team at Storey and Castle Planning as there were many site restraints and council requirements to overcome. We were able to come up with this unique design tailored to our clients specifications. We cant wait to see this one built.

17.01.2022 Facade design. I don't know how other Building designers like to do it but I always find sketching after I have the basic floor plan ironed out is the best way to keep creative.

16.01.2022 The final concept design for a five-unit development in Nambour on the Sunshine Coast. We were approached by the client as their original plan did not comply with many of the council's requirements. With a bit of modification to the siting and floor plans we came up with this solution. Can't wait to see this one underway.
