24.01.2022 Utilising 'Time Structuring" can really help children transition from one activity to the next (particularly complex trauma kids). It is easy to use and highly effective. See the image below to find out how. HOT TIP: to make this tool even more effective- encourage your child to set their own alarms for activities (just make sure they are correct though and that they dont give themselves extra time doing the things they want to do e.g. 60 mins on the Xbox instead of 30
