WOW what a crazy, uncertain, scary yet amazing and successful year it has been for Olivia Hodgson Personal Training Finished off the year of offical OH/PT training with this amazing bunch of girls! What a fun and hard session to close off an awesome year of training. 21.01.2022 2020 hasn’t just been a HUGGEEE year for @oliviahodgson_pt but also such a BIGGG year for my own health, fitness & goals I have always LOVED my training & LOVED my food... always following that ‘everything in moderation’ mindset (which I still 100% agree with)! However I have never counted my macros, followed a meal plan or training plan or wrote down any specific physic goals for myself So after the COVID locked ended where I was drinking way too much, eating way to...o much and not training as much as usual (much like everyone) I knew I needed to kick my butt into gear So I completed both of the 6 week lifestyle transformation with my clients during the second half of the year, wrote myself a training plan, made some specific goals and with amazing guidance of @georgia.wendt.nutrition I am feeling amazing Now don’t get me wrong , back in a June (when the first photo was taken) I still loved my body but the second photo just makes me feel so bloody proud, I had to share it with you all! Bring on 2021 I have some big goals I’m ready to SMASH #oliviahodgsonpt

10.01.2022 WOW WOW WOW look at this 12 months transformation @chloe_tolhurst who just came 2nd in the 6WLT 3.0 has had an AMAZING both physical & psychological transformation Learning how to eat to fuel her body, train to loose body fat while building strength & increasing her fitness and creating an overall healthy lifestyle for herself that is MAINTAINABLE. 07.01.2022 FriYAY omg can you believe it’s less then 2 weeks until Christmas Since we are so close to the silly season being in full swing... here are my 3 biggest tips to help you not completely fall off track with your health & fitness while having a jolly good time 1. Don’t stop moving Just because it’s Christmas/New Years this doesn’t give you an excuse to completely stop moving. This might just be going for a walk, doing a 20min home workout or heading to the gym. Now... you don’t have to workout everyday however the goal is to not completely stop. 2. Drink plenty of water While you are at events, catching up with friends/family and eating all that yummy food, don’t forget to still drink water! This is super important to help you with bloating, digestion, energy and to survive (obvs)! 3. Don’t punish yourself It’s Christmas so you ARE allowed to enjoy yourself. Eating yummy food and having a few extra rests days will not put you back to square 1 or kill you! It’s important to relax and enjoy yourself without any quilt. The trick is to get back on track when you can without punishing yourself. I hope these 3 tips can help you stay on track and have an awesome fitmas #oliviahodgsonpt
