My heart is telling me to spend more time with those I love, more time walking along the beach, more time eating snacks and snuggling on the couch, more time reading books, more time enjoying the now. The world seems caught up in thinking that being ridiculously busy is a great thing, something to aspire to, but 80 year old me doesn't want to look back at 32 year old me and say 'I wish you would have taken it easy and spent more time enjoying life and loved ones'.
