During these tough times it’s important to know we are all in this together and together we stand, we can all relate that these time are challenging. Having to close my business was very disheartening, so I’ve decided to make the most of this time and improve my overall service to my valued clients (your feedback has been most appreciated and taken into consideration to help make your ...overall experience above satisfactory). Please note during these times out of respect for the community and in compliance with the Department of Health and Human services I am in no way working or providing any grooming services, at the moment I have decided to renovate and fix up the grooming room with this spare time, so please don’t be alarmed if you see the garage door up and me on a ladder with a broom. 03.01.2022 To my valued client, I regret to inform you that due to the current circumstances of COVID-19 and the recent announcement from our current premier that we unfortunately are not permitted as a residential business to provide any services at this current time, it brings me great sadness to have to remain closed during such challenging times, thank you all for your ongoing support. I have many resources that have confirmed I am not allowed to provide any services. As continuous...ly stated on the Department of Health and Human Services website retail business are allowed to open and residential and mobile business are not. I have also spoken to the Covid hotline and Business Victoria both organisations have claimed that we as residential business are not allowed to open. 02.01.2022 *Edit* Thankyou everyone I’ve been inundated with messages I’m currently working to provide everyone with an appointment as soon as possible I will have a helper with me in the grooming room on Friday and Saturday to help with the demand so please bare with me whilst I try to fit everyone in! To all my valued clients, We have received great news this morning,... Thanks to Animal Welfare for endorsing the importance of pet care, groomers are now allowed to open during lockdown restriction. OLLIS DOG GROOMING WILL BE OPEN FROM THE 28th OF SEPTEMBER!! All previous bookings that were made for September 28th onwards will remain in place, please be aware that due to COVID restrictions there is a huge increase in demand and I will continue to do my best to not only keep up with the demand but also provide an above satisfactory service, so please bare with me as I try to do my best to accommodate to all of my clients, also note during this time my regular clients will be prioritised as I won’t be taking on new clients.
