22.01.2022 Today on All Souls Day, we are reminded as Catholics of the importance of interceding for each other, including for those who have gone before us, marked with t...he sign of faith. Our prayers and sufferings offered for the holy souls quicken the process of them being readied for heaven. The month of November is traditionally a time to pray for the faithful who have died and I invite you to share any prayer intentions below and I will keep your departed family and friends in my prayers this month. God bless you all.

21.01.2022 On Monday the 2nd of November there will be a special mass for All Souls Day. Adoration will be on at 11am followed by Mass at 12pm.

18.01.2022 Parish Bulletin: 33rd Sunday in Ordinary Time

18.01.2022 We need more volunteers in order for our Parish to have more masses! If you're interested or know someone contact us via email: [email protected] or direct message here on Facebook. Much Appreciated :)

18.01.2022 Today we honour the apostles Saint Simon and Saint Jude on their feast day. Since they were thought to have been companions in missionary work and in martyrdom,... we commemorate their feast on the same day. Both Simon and Jude were gifted preachers who travelled widely spreading the message of the risen Christ. St Jude is often in popular usage, referred to as the "Saint of Last Resort", one to ask for help when all else fails. He reminds us that we should always be praying for each other and especially for those who are desperate. May these great preachers continue to inspire us today as we share the Gospel and help lead others into a personal encounter with Christ. St Simon and St Jude, pray for us!

16.01.2022 There are reports that a satanic mass is being planned for next week. Evil is real and it is not something that should be played with or underestimated. Please join Archbishop Anthony Fisher OP in praying this novena through the intercession of St Michael, the Archangel, for protection of all of us, including those involved in this sacrilege. St Michael the Archangel, pray for us!

16.01.2022 Thank you to our Parish Leaders (PPC and PFC) and Volunteers for spending their Sunday afternoon with us. It was a successful afternoon as we highlighted the achievements of the parish this year and deliberate how we can best serve this community in the future.

16.01.2022 Parish Bulletin: First Sunday of Advent

15.01.2022 Chen was only 16 years old when he lost both of his legs in a landmine accident near his home. Fearing that he would not be able to continue his education or help his family, Chen was grateful that Bishop Enrique and the Arrupe Centre reached out to him in his time of need and empowered him to not only finish high school, but to continue into university study and gainful employment. Your gift can help the Arrupe Centre continue this life-giving mission work for other children and young adults like Chen in Cambodia. 15.01.2022 In today’s Gospel, marking the first Sunday in Advent, we are reminded why we must be vigilant in this season leading up to the birth of Christ. We indeed know ...not the When of that day and hour, but we do know the Who that is coming, our Father- Redeemer, and so our Advent is pregnant with expectation, longing, love. If you're unable to attend Mass in person this weekend, due to COVID19 restrictions, I invite you to watch today's Solemn Mass at 10:30am at St Mary’s Cathedral livestreamed here:https://bit.ly/39lNpCA My ongoing prayers are with you all.

11.01.2022 For some last minute inspiration ... instead of dressing up as ghouls, goblins or gory monsters, why not encourage your kids to dress as SAINTS or HOLY PEOPLE f...or #Halloween! Also known as All Hallow’s Eve, it is the night before All Saints Day and is a time in the liturgical year dedicated to remembering the dead including saints, martyrs and all the faithful departed as well as for the souls in purgatory. By dressing up as saints it is a great way to imagine ourselves following their example of Christian discipleship. P.S. If you want to show us your saint costumes, email them to [email protected] See more

05.01.2022 Today in the Feast Day of this great saint, St John Paul II, we are reminded that when nothing else satisfies the deepest longings of our heart, it is in Jesus that we must turn to. That the longings of our heart stems from the love of the Father for us. BE NOT AFRAID Let us be encouraged to move beyond fear and to open our hearts to Christ. . Happy Feast Day everyone!
