22.01.2022 Sunday session! Customer found that their roof top solar unit was leaking into the gutter. As the unit was previously replaced under warranty (and failed for a 2nd time) we disconnected this unit and supplied and installed a conventional storage unit in the basement. Customer can now enjoy many years of leak free hot water. As usual @tusaelectrics delivered power on the same day.

09.01.2022 Nice simple vanity change over. Changes the whole look of the bathroom in my opinion.

08.01.2022 Owner was sick of costantly running out of hot water, so we replaced out the inadequate storage heater with an instantaneous unit. We also arranged the electrician @tusa_electrics for the same day so the owners can enjoy instant hot water from the get go.

08.01.2022 Today we removed this 22yr old rheem internal gas heater and replaced it with a Rinnai b26 to free up some space in the laundry for future renovations. We even organised our prefered electrician @tusa_electrics to come on the same day to ensure we get the customer back up and running in no time. #oluca #tusaelectrics #rinnai

06.01.2022 Few jobs we completed at Westmead. Replaced 2x filtered water taps... Change over from standard taps/spout to a mixer with the addition of mini taps for future servicing... And repaired broken stormwater/kerb.

06.01.2022 Friday night fitout! Relocate water points (and adding dishwasher point) prior to kitchen install. Return to install all connections and gas cooktop = Happy Customer

02.01.2022 A couple little repairs before property is leased out.
