18.01.2022 Hope You are all enjoying your weekend! tonight's training video is all about the 1RM (one repetition maximum). This type of testing remains one of the best ways to discover a person's true strength (intermediate to advanced lifters only) :D... my top 3 1RM tips are... 1. Train with a partner, or even better... A PERSONAL TRAINER!! 2. Reach full depth on each 1RM attempt (Leg Press, knees to 90 degrees at the bottom of the repetition) 3. complete a number of warm up sets as well as dynamic stretches (leg swings etc.) before finally reaching your 1RM as you increase the load incrementally ENJOY THE VIDEO!!!
