24.01.2022 Trev was the 1st call I made and the 1st staff member we put on when we decided to take over the Country club bistro nearly 12 years ago! Throughout that time he has been an integral part of our business and he has stuck with us through thick and thin. A real quiet achiever, Trev has aged like a fine wine and since COVID hit he has really hit his straps and helped us all through what can only be described as a challenging time. In recognition of his loyalty and the way he maintains our high standard we had to nominate him for employee of the year! So be sure to throw this all round great guy a vote(via direct message to CDC Facebook page or grab a hard copy). Ohh and did I mention the Olympic also got a nomination!
