22.01.2022 W2D4 - lets try a small circuit. You can either do this for time eg: 5-10 minutes 10 reps each round. Or ... You can do it dor straight reps at 10 each and call it there. Go to your level and if this is too much, add a walk of 5kms starting every day to kick start your helathier mindset.
