20.01.2022 The staff at Omah's are always encouraged to create new things. This album shows some drink creations occurring in the spare time behind the bar before, after and during shifts.

11.01.2022 We gave one of our waiters a camera. His task was to take pictures of all the food being run out of the kitchen within a 30 minute period. These are those pictures, unedited, unstaged and in-the-moment. "What you see is what you get" is the perfect phrase here.

09.01.2022 Food is interesting. If two people follow the exact same recipe, the outcome will still be different. Little things make all the difference in the creation of a dish; from the timing of the adding of ingredients or changing the heat to the region a spice is harvested from. At Omah's, our philosophy is to use the freshest and best quality ingredients, to keep inventing while retaining Malaysian authenticity and to remain passionate. While the supply of our live Northern Territory Crabs fluctuate from time to time, the one ingredient we never run out of at Omah's is - Passion.
