21.01.2022 Every minute on the minute: Complete 30 squats first, as quickly as you can in a minute and take the remaining time as rest. Move through each of the exercises, and give yourself a 2 minute rest at the end of the full round. Repeat 5 times. Save this for later and tag a friend to get moving with!

08.01.2022 LEST WE FORGET I felt it was the duty of everybody to enlist, said Private George Palmer. My father had been in the First World War he’d been decorated and... badly wounded and my elder brother was in the army, so I just joined the army. That was in August 1941 in Victoria, where I come from. For George, who returned to Kokoda four times after the war’s end, mateship meant everything. The friendships that you made in the army were wonderful, he said. They were different to ordinary friendships because you relied on each other for everything. They were wonderful mates, really, really good. On Remembrance Day, we not only remember George and the 625 Australians who were killed along the Kokoda Track and the 3,375 who died due to sickness, but all of the men and women who have represented this country so valiantly, on battlefields both close and distant, and fought for the freedoms that we take for granted.
