As ...an SMP technician we need to be professional and be honest with our clients. We can only work on HEALTHY scalps. We have been trained to see and recognise different scalp conditions, but we can't give a medical opinion, we advise them to go and see an specialist. Get a professional opinion about their condition with a Doctor. After healing and recovery and with your Doctor's approval, then we can proceed to see if you are a candidate to get SMP. Your health goes first. Honesty and professionalism will be my first approach in a consultation with my clients.
