Below is the guidelines the store has been provided to ensure the riding community can continue riding. -------------------------------------------... PROTECTING OUR VICTORIAN COMMUNITY Our store is still open for Click & Collect Orders Customers will be served from outside, unfortunately no customer is currently allowed in the store. All orders and enquiries are welcomed and can be made via phone or online order. Customers can collect and drop off goods as per below processes. ------------------------------------------- PHONE SALES We are always available on 03 9583 1068 for any bike or sales-related consultation. We are able to take payment over the phone using either: Credit Card Direct Deposit Organise a time with the team to collect your order from our shop ------------------------------------------- CLICK & COLLECT CONTACTLESS COLLECTION We are still open for click and collect orders from both online and phone orders. Please stay in your car and call the shop once you’re outside ready to collect. Our friendly team will then either deliver your order directly to your car or drop-off your products in a pick-up zone specified over the phone. ------------------------------------------- WORKSHOPS ARE OPEN You can still get your bike repaired and serviced if you are using it for essential purposes, for example; it is your mode of transport to work. 05.01.2022 Cafe Corsair is saying goodbye on Thursday 24th December. Thank you for a wonderful 8 years of Cafe Corsair. We have been so humbled by your continual support of the cafe. Anna and I, and the family at Cafe Corsair, would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your support. We have cherished the countless number of coffees served and the endless hours of banter had over the counter. We have loved all the fantastic times with so many incredible memories, they... will never be forgotten. Cafe Corsair has been the central hub of ride starting points, mid ride saving graces and post ride celebrations. Many customers may struggle without our wonderful team of baristas, their warm hugs of caffeine, big smiles and never ending commentary on life’s issues! Rest assured the sales and workshop team are well versed in all areas of human endeavour and will now have the time required to engage with you the depth you require! The decision to close the cafe has been extremely difficult and we are deeply saddened by the outcome. However, with the increased demand on the bike shop and its’ limited retail space, closing the cafe will allow us to showcase what we do best, focusing on the retail customer experience. We look forward to seeing all of you before our last day in the cafe for one or two last coffees and chin wag before Christmas. Thank you to all our patrons once again for an amazing 8 year journey.
