23.01.2022 Well!!! I’ve been doing this awesome job for nearly 4 years but do I yet understand the chemistry of it? Nope!! Do I continue to have different batches of flour, with drastically different results? Yep!! Is the current July flour acting up the same as last year.? Yep!! So it’s time to science the shit out of this thank you Matt Damon ‘The Martian‘. i have tested, will test and I WILL understand and be the boss to my bread (one day) hahahaha.

20.01.2022 5 years ago today I made one of the best decisions of my life. I began my journey as the newest Oma to Oma’s Gluten Free. I love it today as I did back then and I hope for many years to come. Thank you to all of you that have supported me over the years and helped me continue my passion for cooking, for helping others and finding where i belong. Here’s to 5 more and beyond.

19.01.2022 I know it’s crazy times people, but please be calm and know all will be ok. I’m the only person in my bakery, I have no contact with the world (hermit for always). My bread will be in supply as long as I am well. Please support your small local businesses so they can survive this event and be there tomorrow.
