21.02.2022 MCCQC Philippines, what an honor. And Rev Shane preaching "SIX MOST IMPORTANT WORDS".
12.02.2022 A few words from: David Gerdes: I don’t have tattoos or wear clothing of mixed fabrics. I think there’s also a mention of homosexuality in there, so what we will do is accept the parts we like and disregard what we don’t like. I also love to eat prawns. In REPLY: I have a number of variations of Bibles, and so often they contradict themselves. By the way, there is no mention of the word HOMOSEXUAL in the Bible. There are about '7' so called admonishments there and 370 'non ga...y/straight' admonishments. There are a few 'Gay LOVE STORIES, same sex/relationships with both men & women. Remember that the Bible was written by humans, and supposedly ALL? inspired by God, with parts very influenced by the writers including some (NASTY) sexy stories etc. There are incomplete text, If, as I have said on a number of occasions, you hold your faith and live your life as CHRIST taught you, you can't go wrong. The Bible is a(n incomplete) set of GUIDE LINES, which can also be used as a two edged sward. My faith is constantly blessed, and not bogged down by text that may indeed frustrate or hinder your faith/LGBTIQ+ journey. God bless, sustain & direct your life accordingly. Yours in Christ & Gay Pride. Rev. Dr. Shane Andersen DD (Hon) [email protected] (Global Pastoral Care Network). Continued: David Gerdes And I wish there was inclusion in with the LGBTIQ for friends. Many heterosexual people like me want to see an F included. (Could also be for family). REPLIED by Shane Andersen David, I think you will find that the LGBTIQ+ Community welcome friends. That's what the '+' is for. We don't need any more letters included in the LGBTIQ compilation. You are loved (even as a Non Gay person.) perhaps you may need to be a little more approachable. Regards. Shane.

05.02.2022 "OH LORD, I'M BORED" - Matthew 13:31-33, 44-52... - A friend I met on 'Grindr' (an internet chat area) chatted with me, and I asked him "How have you been? Hope you are well, and enjoying life.:-)" To which he replied... "Hi I'm good thanks but feeling bored sometimes..." My response... "Sorry to read you are bored, you may need to kick-start your day, think creative, go for a walk, take in the fresh air, explore a suburb, take a camera with you, and seek out creative scenes & camera angles." "There is no need to be bored when there is so much around you to keep you un-bored/on-board.:-) " - We often need a daily boost of inspiration, time to reflect, a time to capture our imagination, and challenge us. Jesus constantly challenged our thinking, our imagination, this is one of the reason he told experiences/stories in the form of parables. - An example of one of his parables, is when he was asked what the Kingdon of heaven is like... so he responded in ways that challenged their thoughts, for them to not just be told outright, but to contemplate, to get brain matter working... how could any one ever be bored when travelling lifes journey with Jesus to stimulate your brain... 45-46: "Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it." - We tend to cling on to our own personal treasure, our Nintendo DS, Sony Playstation, our Surround Sound system & BluRay or even 3D DVD player etc. They can often be distractions, but knowing Jesus is even better, better than knowing our favourite 'toy'. It is like finding the best treasure ever! - Be challenged, and you'll never get bored. May God bless you, and keep you, may God challenge you each day at a time... and as I have said on a number of occasions... "Let Go - Let God" - Yours in Christ Pastor Shane Andersen Snr.Pastor OMA (Sydney).
