The ideal candidate has experience in producing high-quality traditional cocktails. ... Craft beer and wine knowledge is highly-regarded. A willingness to learn and a proven record of being a proactive team member is a must. Limited food service will be required at times (training provided). Initially a casual role of 3-4 shifts a week including evening shifts on weekends. There is opportunity to grow and develop the role into a permanent position with increased responsibility. Duties: - Cocktail and beverage service - Operating the till and money handling - Customer service - General day-to-day duties, including but not limited to stocktaking, stocking the bar, cleaning, reservation updates, social media updates.
