11.01.2022 Arrived Saturday and no training on a Sunday...so it was a Shank’s Pony day tour of #Ulaanbaatar for me A few things to note, the city is beautiful in it own right. So clean (like the anti #portmoresby) and a disproportionate amount of: - Black 200 Series / LX570s - G-Wagons in general (shit loads of them) - #dakar ready dirt bikes on the road... - Women in designer tracksuits (even more than the #hongkongairport) - ATMs that don’t work - Bars that aren’t open - Police Cars, saw one the whole day - Kids on massive mountain bikes dodging traffic (great to see) - fake eye brows...maybe they are just easier to notice over here - souvenir shops, noticed one in my whole walk - other 6’5 European looking guys...none accept for me #fifo #fifolife #newjob #trainingday #workadventures #doitwhileyoucan See more
