23.01.2022 Being mum to this tribe is the most rewarding, exciting, nerve wracking, challenging, fun and surprising journey each and everyday. An experience like no other that I feel so lucky to be able to watch, share, learn and grow with my mum, my sisters, my grandma and my many mum friends Happy Mother's day to all mums, mums to be and to those who are missing their mum, my thoughts are with you today and everyday It is no surprise that I love food and cooking , especiall...y when I can share it with friends and family. My kids love ‘helping’ me cook and today to celebrate, I want to share one of our family favourite recipes everyone can get involved with. BANANA PIKELETS INGREDIENTS - 2 medium bananas ~160g each (skin on weight), finely mashed - 1 cup wholemeal self raising flour - 1 tsp vanilla essence - 2 tsp ground cinnamon - 1 egg - 3/4 cup low fat/skim milk - Olive oil spray oil METHOD 1. Add flour and cinnamon into a large bowl 2. Whisk in milk, vanilla essence and egg until smooth 3. Mix in banana 4. Heat a large non stick frypan to medium heat. Spray for 2-3 seconds with oil and drop a level tablespoon of mixture in to the pan. Cook 4-6 pikelets at a time. 5. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook the other side until cooked through or brown ~1-2 minutes ENJOY with your favourite toppings or just as they are

I had the worst eating habits, I had the worst mindset, I had no knowledge about food and no motivation. I had given up on myself for 2 years! I was in two minds about posting this but then thought I would rather share and help someone who might be going through something similar. ... 11.01.2022 Friday feel good with Colin Some 15 months ago my doctor wanted me to go onto blood pressure medication, as my blood pressure was very high and had been for some time. 03.01.2022 Meet Dani, a private client I have been working with for the past 6 weeks At 48yrs I’ve had a few years of feeling like my body wouldn’t respond to anything I tried, menopause lurking, it was quite disheartening after a couple of disciplined attempts Personal trainers & fasting diets included, with little, or only short term rewards. The words used by a mutual friend ‘it’s not a diet it’s eating for life’ resonated with me, so I reached out to Olivia. I’ve just c...ompleted my 6 weeks and I’ve lost weight, changed body shape, and I eat more than I would expect to in achieving this. Surprising actually, the amount we should be eating, of the right foods, has been the biggest change for me. I found the meal plan easy to follow and all of the meals really tasty.
