20.01.2022 TIPS FOR PARENTS: HELP YOUR CHILD COMPETE WELL! The national championships are next week, there will be hundreds of Australia's best trampoline athletes, and you want to help your child perform at their best. What can you do as a parent to help your child do their best?... Try not to coach your child, that's the coach's job, they know what parts of the routine the athlete needs to focus on. Try to be supportive and encouraging. Here are a few strategies to help your child do well. If you have any questions or want some more tips, send us a message or ask a coach

19.01.2022 Sport is an important part of life and, at times, is challenging to keep up. This video from the Australian Sports Commission shares what it is like to play sport through the teenage years. At times parents, friends, teachers or the athlete themselves might question their participation. But if we stick with it, we come out stronger and better for it! https://youtu.be/n7eeee66KpM
