23.01.2022 Sunday Donut cravings?? How to reheat OMG Donuts from frozen! I am a bit of a Donut snob and do prefer my donuts hot and fresh from the fryer( they are the best!) but even I have a freezer stash for days like today when my husband asks ' got any Donuts!?' I know many of my customers do have a stash and this is the best method I have found for reheating ( besides my unconventional toaster method which I'm sure I've shared with plenty of you)but this is a more civilized way!... From frozen and a cold oven I put the Donuts on baking paper in fan forced oven at 180 degrees for 18 minutes- I sprung my 11yr old daughter helping herself to a bite at 12 minutes but I had a poke then and it was still a tad frozen. If you are reheating from fresh/thawed 5-10 minutes @180 would do the trick. This is what they looked like taking them out,they were super warm and a bit crispy on the outsideAll 6 were gone a minute later!

10.01.2022 Thank you Jessica for choosing us to make your Birthday Boys Donut cake last Friday night at Twilight Food Market - Coffs Harbour and for sharing the pics with us! We had lots of fun making this one! Our 24 Donut pack is usually supplied in pizza boxes but this was assembled hot out of the fryer as transportation to the picnic rug wasn't far at all. Our Donut cakes are becoming increasingly popular as they are inclusive for all including guests who are coeliac or have allergies , only take a minute to assemble, no cutting required and are yummy!
