22.01.2022 An Ascension Service Announcement/ 21 Dec 2020 I'm being prompted by spirit to post about this little known stone called Shungite. The stones originate from Russia and are estimated to be two BILLION years old. Talk about ancient healing power! I came across this stone by chance, which is no doubt one of those breadcrumb moments we often receive from our guides. It is such an amazing stone and has so many uses that I've summed up in the image.... My favourite way to use Shungite is to charge water with it. You can use it to purify the water as well, but as I have filtered water already I only need to charge it up. Drinking the Shungite charged water helps to purify our bodies of toxins and heavy metals. AND as almost every element in the periodic table is represented in this stone, the charged water is infused with a broad range of natural antioxidants minerals. What does this have to do with ascension? As our bodies hold more light, we can experience ascension symptoms until our bodies adjust to the new frequencies. As you know, it can be an unsettling rollercoaster at times. With a once in a lifetime event taking place on the 21 December 2020, that our souls all wanted to be part of, we're going to need all of the energetic support we can to help balance our energy as high light floods the planet. The more heavy metals & toxins we have in our bodies, the more bumpy the ride will be from the 21 December to 25 December and even up to 1 Jan 2021. It will be important to stay in higher vibrational feelings of Love, Joy, Gratitude, Peace & Bliss during this time also as whatever we are feeling is likely to be amplified. 22.01.2022 This is Schumann resonance taken from 2014 when there were massive amounts of high light flooding the planet. So powerful! At the moment we've been seeing some high frequency rainbow coloured light come through at various interval so I wonder if we will see a combination of high frequency light and rainbow colours come through soon. 18.01.2022 There's a lot more energetically involved in these examples of critical experiences and feeling unsupported... Yes, people who criticise others usually reserve a more brutal inner dialogue for themselves. It's a lack of self-worth at play and we should have compassion for them here. However, we can only experience criticism (or anything for that matter) if somewhere in our energy field, we allow it. ... The Law of Attraction is great at helping people understand what they are experiencing... however we feel on the inside is always mirrored back to us. Always. Once we elevate out our own inner dialogue and self-worth, we can walk around as though we are bulletproof.
