12.01.2022 We would like to introduce you to, Natalia Florczyk. Natalia has been with Omni Recruits Gold Coast and Brisbane offices for 5 years now. Starting out as a temp admin on a 3 week contract, she managed to hook herself a permanent position on our team. Today, Natalia manages some of our biggest warehousing clients in Queensland. If you need to know anything about her, it would have to be, her love for food!! Growing up in Chicago she is a lover of pizza. You never have to chec...k the clock when shes around as you can tell its lunch time by the growl of her stomach. When asked what she enjoys most about work, her response was simple; we have a pretty great team and work environment with flexibility when we need it most. We all pitch in and help each other out during uncertain times, and theres also cake and other baked goods 80% of the time. As some of you may know, 2019 was a tough year for her. Being diagnosis with cancer and taking on the good fight, she got the greatest news of been Cancer free. Natalia looked to 2020 with great hope. With the support of family and friends Natalia was able to return to work, but has had to be especially careful during Covid19. She is looking forward more than ever to enjoying everything Australia has to offer and making the most out of post lock down. She already planning a few things like taking camping trips, beach days, playing heaps of volleyball and creating a manageable work-life balance to make sure the next half of her life is as enjoyable as possible.
