09.01.2022 For those interested in trade marks in China, one of our colleague firms (Vivien Chan & Co) has just posted an interesting newsletter about recent cases involving New Balance (record damages in CHina for TM infringement), Under Armour, and Michael Jordan - with Jordan being sued for defamation by a Chinese company, after he opposed 78 of their trade mark applications, but has only succeeded in 3 of those oppositions.
