19.01.2022 Happy Weekend Everyone My latest video is now live. The trails we ride in this edit are unsanctioned trails, these trails have been there for about 20 years supporting the community and from what I have heard and all use to be fire breaks cut in by the RFS....yet they are illegal....... If you know the location of these trails please keep it to yourself so they can continue to support the community that lives around them, many thanks on that one I defy anyone to watch this and see how much fun we are having whilst riding our bikes in the this beautiful landscape and then tell me why this is deem illegal?! It is of my opinion that things need to change on a grand scale across NSW as to how local councils and the state GOV look at our sport and provide for it, otherwise the spiral of illegal trail beguiling will continue to be a thorn in councils side.....but like a Field of Dreams scenario....You build it, they will come. In my opinion the best thing we can all do as a community is to join your local MTB Club, get counted and be heard After all, we have the power in numbers to help influence decisions that councils make when it comes to trail networks and facilities needed. So, I hope you dig my effort on this edit and please if you know someone that doesn’t understand what we do our how rad our sport is then please show them this video! 06.01.2022 FRESH RIDES Back on next week the 25.11.20 6:30AM We meet at the trail head on Quarry Rd.... As @snorcmtb we are implementing a small donations option for these rides, it’s entirely up to you, however for each rider we are seeking a $5 donations that we can put into the club and the trails. These funds will help us put on future rides, events and maintenance days (Next maintenance day being the 28.11.20 8-10AM - post closer to the date) We ask that each rider attending be signed up with @auscyclingaus to benefit from rider cover - be sure to pick Sydney North Off Road Club as your club This is a group ride held by @snorcmtb - Each rider rides at their own risk. Disclaimer: these rides are a quick pace, little rest with a focus more on fitness style training.
