23.01.2022 Dear Om Yogis As you are aware, all non-essential services are being forced to shut down in Victoria in the coming days. This affects Om Yoga and our ability to deliver studio yoga classes so we are closing the studio doors until further notice. In preparation for this shutdown, we have been testing a video solution to continue providing classes for our members, class pack holders and beginner’s yoga course students. This solution is now available to you! Hosted on Facebook i...n a private group called Om Yoga Students we will deliver 2 yoga classes via video per day taught by some of your favourite Om Yoga teachers. At least 14 new classes will be posted each week and ALL CLASSES will be available to keep and rewatch at your convenience. We’re still here for you to keep you practising and keep our yoga teachers with some income! Here is the web address - www.facebook.com/groups/OmYogaStudents/ The recording of yoga classes will be fine-tuned over the next few days so please bear with us as we add better lighting and audio to improve this delivery of our classes. Our membership fees are now reduced to only $15 per week effective from your next renewal to reflect the change in service offer. This change to your account is complete. Class pack holders that wish to join the Om Yoga Students group can convert their remaining classes to equivalent weeks’ worth of membership. If you wish to suspend your membership during this period please advise via email asap but if you can continue to maintain your membership in this capacity it is very much appreciated. Your membership goes directly to keeping Om Yoga afloat and your yoga teachers in employment through this crisis. 07.01.2022 As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 situation, we continue to offer our members a chance to practice at our studio classes (in reduced class sizes with 4sqm per person)... and now from anywhere if you choose to practice addition social distancing measures or are in isolation. We’re still here for you and will keep you practising even if we go into lockdown in Victoria. For the moment, we are still running classes AT THE STUDIO in reduced class sizes. We are now also offe...ring live-streamed classes each day. Please join the Om Yoga Students private Facebook group for Om Yoga Members or Om Yoga 10-20 Class Pack holders. Our live streaming service will be fine-tuned over the next few days so please bear with us as we add better lighting and audio to improve this delivery of our classes. So, right now, if you wish to you can join in from home or watch at a convenient time, anytime.
