Last week I was reminded about the power of creating a memorable brand experience. My local MP sent a personalised letter congratulating me on my small business award. ... I was completely CHUFFED and to be honest I felt pretty special. Okay so I know her team of minions organised the letter and I was not the only person to receive one, but it still gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling. I will always remember the personal connection she made at a pivotal time in my business. Writing a letter may be a small gesture but it has left a memorable impression. What brand experience are you giving your audience or customers?
