24.01.2022 Wednesday 6th Nov. 7.30pm. NITV Ch 34 On the coast in Wollongong, Mark and Derek meet up with Craig Shephard. Craig is working towards solving the overpopulation of sea urchin in a sustainable and tasty way. The boys arrive in Berrima where they discover Jeff’s use of sheep instead of tractors in maintaining his vineyard. At Bulwarra bees, Greg takes them through the process of beekeeping that he learned on Youtube! They relax inside, and Derek has a jam with Greg’s kids.

18.01.2022 The region where the current series of On Country Kitchen was filmed is up I smoke. We think of the wonderful people we met and how they are going. Then this. Uncle Noel, who helped us so much with local knowledge, hospitality, encouragement and assistance. Too sad. One of Uncle Noel's episodes, Ep9, is on sbs on demand right now. Check it out.

14.01.2022 CURRENTLY BEING SEEN ON SBS FOOD CH33. Mark and Derek take a tour around the historic ghost town of Joadja and help with the distilling process with the Jimenez family. Like Derek, Valero doesn’t drink an interesting challenge for a head distiller. At the Dapto Community Garden, they collect kohlrabi with Harry, and over in Gerringong they stumble upon a coffee plantation on a picturesque hill. They retire for a game of cricket at the Bradman Museum in Bowral and learn about the rich Indigenous sporting history of the sport in Australia.

10.01.2022 Wednesday. 7.30pm. NITV 34. Everybody's loving the delicious new series! Episode 2. On the coast at Jervis Bay, Derek helps Joel and Adrian to dive for lobsters off the rocks whilst Mark tends to the fire. In Ulladulla, the boys get a taste for the cheesemaking life with Rosie and Angel, and relax on the picturesque deck with a wine and cheese in hand, soaking up the mid-afternoon sun. Inland at Milton, the boys are put to task to eat as little produce as possible when chocolate making with Jo and Dan. Mark and Derek indulge in a heart-to-heart kayaking down the Kangaroo Valley River.
