25.01.2022 Over the last 6 months I have been slowing revamping On Fleek, and have been waiting for the EOFY to update my treatment menu. Some items are having a price change, but the main change is a new simplified treatment menu for easy booking (please read throughly before booking as some things have changed). New Menu will take effect from August 1. Again thank you for your continued love and support. Lots of love, Jess

19.01.2022 When booking you are agreeing to the following booking policy. No shows have been too frequent lately and I have a wait list of people trying to get in. A simple call or text is greatly appreciated. Late Cancellations Appointments cancelled with less than 10 hours notice will incur a fee. 10% of the booked treatment value will be added to your account. You will not be able to make another appointment until your account is rectified.... No Shows Failure to show up to scheduled appointments will incur a 30% fee of the treatment value which will be added to your account. You will not be able to make another booking until the account is rectified. Sickness We ask if you are unwell please contact us, we cannot afford to reschedule weeks of appointments if we become unwell. If you are unwell we will apply compassion to certain circumstances. Late Arrivals Please understand our appointments run on 15 minute time slots, if you are significantly late your appointment may be cancelled. We ask you arrive 10 mins early for any required paperwork.
