08.01.2022 At Onassis, we plan for the next year in November. We also reflect on the year that has been and wowsers, has 2020 been full of surprises! Throughout all the curveballs that COVID and 2020 has thrown at us, we managed to complete 2 projects, kick off a third and find 2 new development sites. ... The Parkwood was built during COVID and we are so grateful that the construction industry is deemed an essential service. These 3 homes sold off the plan and the new owners moved into their homes in September. Thank you @TraditionalUrban for your unwavering support and hard work to get this project across the line during trying times.

02.01.2022 The Chapman project was a labour of love and one Onassis is incredibly proud of... This home is a vision realised. This project took us out of our comfort zone but the builder we chose actually made this project simple, seamless and thoroughly enjoyable.... The complexity of this project could have created so many headaches but it didn't at all. Our site manager was a delight! He has an incredible eye for detail, was always thinking months ahead, ran a tight ship with grace and kindness ... and had lots of interesting stories to share along the way! We loved the journey from vision, to design, to construct and are proud to share the finished photos with you. We have many people to thank.....among them Troy, Paul, Carmel, Clint, Adam and all of the high quality trades who turned this home from vision to reality. 02.01.2022 2020 has been a rollercoaster ride. The Reynell handed over the week we went into our first lockdown. There was so much uncertainty and unknowns that all of our risk mitigation strategies kicked in. ... To our surprise, we managed to sell all 4 of the homes in this project during lockdown and COVID and the market has been defied the odds every since. So grateful for all the hard work my sales agents put in to selling this project and being creative in a time when it would have been easier to stick your head in the sand.
