17.01.2022 We are delighted to announce that ONCALL has been awarded a two year framework agreement contract with NOE CPC for the Provision of Interpreting and Translation Services. The agreement covers Face-to-Face Interpreting, Telephone Interpreting, Video Conference Interpreting, and Sensory Impairment Interpreting including British Sign Language. NHS and eligible public sector organisations in the UK are able to gain access to professional interpreting and translation services. This agreement will also further enhance ONCALL’s increasing presence within the NHS as a healthcare specialist provider of interpreting and translation services in the UK.

17.01.2022 ONCALL’s awarded contract with Hillingdon Hospitals NHS officially went live last week! ONCALL was awarded an exclusive 4 year contract which includes both Hillingdon Hospital and Mount Vernon Hospital in North-West London, thanks to demonstrated in-house systems and platforms including interpreter booking and management platform, NextGen and automated telephone interpreting platform, VoiceConnect. Our well-established and local pool of interpreters have ensured a smooth transition for the Trust.

06.01.2022 ONCALL is today providing French interpreting and translation services as well as simultaneous interpreting equipment for the Fifteenth Meeting of the Noumea Convention which is taking place at Tanoa hotel in Samoa. The Convention, along with its two additional Protocols, entered into force in 1990 and is a comprehensive umbrella agreement for the protection, management and development of the marine and coastal environment of the South Pacific Region.
