02.01.2022 On call property maintenance are a building maintenance company servicing the Manning and Great Lakes area. We service various realestate, commercial properties, government properties and community housing. We are seeking applications for a Maintenance technician to join our team.... Successful applicants should be physically fit, well presented and have an attention to detail. Applicants will be required to have a drivers licence, OHS white card, national police check and working with children check. Previous experience in various building industry related areas such as painting, plastering, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, cleaning etc would be very highly regarded. A high level of safety is essential. Vehicle, tools and phone will be provided to the successful applicant, although if you would rather use your own it can be discussed in the interview. This position will be casual to start and may lead to full time for the right applicant. Immediate start, above award pay and work life balance. Licensed trades looking to change things up a bit are welcome to apply.
