05.01.2022 My greatest inspiration and soul nourishment has always been nature. The more I remember to connect with what is our natural existence on this earth, the more grounded I become in our abilities to live healthy and free. Our bodies are self healing, they constantly regenerate cells, rebuild tissue, bones and nerves. The more we pollute our bodies with synthetic foods and chemicals and stress the more we interrupt the body from its natural healing process. Pesticides, herbicid...es, fluoride and heavy metals found in waterways, foods and medications(yep ) create inflammation and interfere with the endocrine system(reproductive), and digestive system and immune system. If you want to save the planet and preserve freedom look at the foods you are buying, look at what you use to wash your clothes, to clean your house.
