24.01.2022 Hi all! The beginning of the new year brings new exciting times for us! We’re moving - but not far! Our new address beginning in early January will be: GROUND FLOOR, 541 KING STREET WEST MELBOURNE 3000.

19.01.2022 UPDATE: As of 1 November 2018 the penalties have changed for excessive speeding offences in Victoria. Under the changes, if you are caught speeding 25kph or above, but less than 35kph you will lose your licence for 3 MONTHS minimum, plus a fine and demerit points (increased from a minimum of 1 month suspension). Example: if your driving through a 40k roadworks zone & you’re driving 65k, expect to lose your licence for 3 months... So keep an eye out for those speed signs or you could be off the road for longer than you thought and/or you might need to come and see your favorite lawyers at Ondrik Larsen Lawyers. Personally, we don’t mind the visit - but we’d rather you just stick to the speed limit

11.01.2022 Changes to drink driving laws in Victoria (on 30 April 2018) mean that you will need to think more carefully before you get behind the wheel after a drink. Any person with a BAC level of .05 or more WILL lose their licence for at least 3 months AND will need to complete a drink driver program AS WELL AS have an alcohol interlock device installed in their vehicle before being re-licenced. (Length of licence disqualification and other penalties that apply vary depending on the BAC reading, whether it's a first offence, the type of licence held and age). Don't get yourself caught out.
