23.01.2022 Hi To All, Im back! Thanks for your patience to all those that waited & sorry I wasnt back sooner to all those who were unable. I dont like to let anyone down & unfortunately with most plumbing you cant plan the breakdowns.

23.01.2022 I just thought I would finally post this as my efforts to have something corrected has come to no avail & I fear it may have affected my trade in Landsdale. A year ago Kathy Stawarz posted a negative rating on my site by accident apparently. I have tried to get an explaination & withdrawal but had no response so, this is my response!

21.01.2022 Hi everyone, it would seem that there are a lot of postings this morning in relation to solar hot water units. This is due to the high temperatures over the last few days. The effect on the solar hot water unit is that the temperature in the tanks gets to above 90+degrees which, opens the hot water relief valve & dumps that excessive hot water. Please do not be duped into having to replace your hot water unit unnecessarily! If this valve stops dripping after the event it is good & at worse if it drips after, only the valve will require replacement. Feel free to contact me if youre unsure.

13.01.2022 What a year its been! Lost my dad after he had a stroke & spent nearly seven weeks in hospital. My wifes car was then written off while we were in England burying my dad then, wrote my ute off after aquaplaning late one night coming home from a job in the heavy rain. Bought a ute in Adelaide & drove it back to Perth & had to get it examined & licensed on the way back so it was available for work the next day. This is only a snippet of what really occurred over this last year & will be glad when this year is over however, I have to thank my regular clients for your patience & understanding during this trying period. I hope everyone has a safe & merry Christmas & a very happy New Year! I hope your lives are filled with love & happiness!

04.01.2022 Ok everyone, sorry to do it to you all again but, I am away for another wedding, this time in Bali. Not mine, still happy with the woman I have & not daft enough to do it again, just a very good mate thats learned from his first big mistake & this time it looks like he got it right second time too! Away on the 5th June & back after the 12th June so hopefully you wont even notice me gone! Take care & see you in the future!
