25.01.2022 All rightie my lovely cleaning fans, managers and possible tenants that may be having a look.... OVENS the most missed or not done or not done to standard of all items in a vacate clean, WHY cos most of us hate doing them and most of us leave them till they need a bit more love than we like to give, Do they need to be so hard......yes and no lol sorry no easy answer but I do have a couple of little hacks that can help.... I do about 104 ovens a year that's on an average of 2 a week sometimes more. Some are easy and you have all seen some on here that are not, Hack 1 Racks are the fiddly part of a oven clean. They dont need to be. In a garbage bag place your racks including side wall racks, spray in the bag with what ever cleaner you have bought. Leave as long as possible overnight if bad, and I guarantee in some hot soapy water and a goldilocks scourer they will clean up like new. Hack 2 A lot of tenants get pulled up on cleaning residue not cleaned off properly in the oven. Heat oven after cleaning. This will show up the areas missed. Clean off with hot soapy water. Hack 3 This one is for the saintly oven cleaner, and no this is not me. If you keep your oven sparkly and just need to maintain your racks. Soak racks in Vanish and hot water over night. And this will make your saintly sparkle look easy. Things that tenants do to hide the fact that they have not cleaned the oven, Clean oven door, but not the inside. Turn racks upside down to show the cleaner side. Clean the outside well hoping that is not noticed that the inside has not been cleaned. So I can see you all running home now to clean your ovens lol. The reason for my post is that an oven is a time consuming cleaning item. Leave it and its going to be costly. An average oven clean by a oven cleaning company will be anything from $100 to $150 for a basic clean. More if really bad. Hope this helps. 23.01.2022 Lately and concering so are properties like this. This has had a cleaning company execute this clean and very sub standard to say the least. More and more I am called in to clean these properties. It saddens me to think people have paid reasonable money thinking they are doing the right thing..BUT I know from the inquiries I get on quotes that sometimes tenants need too cheap to be true. Few weeks ago I did a property where they paid only $100 for a full vacate clean on a 3 x... 1and you guessed that's exactly what they got. So when hiring a company make sure you sight the property before you pay. That they will qurantee there work. And how long they have been doing it for. And they have good references. And that they are very clear on what's included in your clean. All my clients get an email covering all of this before there booking is confirmed.

There are some sad circumstances to this property as the gentleman that owned it has passed away and its been sitting empty for 2yrs with Public Trustees...I have to wait to see if they accept my quote but I really want it lol. Now not to show off my cleaning skills but to show that the cleaning of a property can make a huge difference on its overall look. This property will be a great investment property or for someone older or maybe a first time buyer. The Public Trustee is not going to anything costly at the property just enough to sell. And that's where I come in.... So fingers crossed I get this baby. And let me show you how important the cleaning of a property can be....

15.01.2022 So the end result is pretty good. Sadly the glass does have glass cancer (pitting) but all excess build up has come off leaving the glass clear and clean.

10.01.2022 This is such an easy way to clean up fittings in your property. I do air con filters, evap filters, exhaust covers and range hood filters. So to all tenants if you have a dishwasher at your property this is a quick and easy way to clean up these items. Which is a requirement of your end of tenancy. Little tip though, dust off excess dust from filters first.
