24.01.2022 Support is vital for success! Losing weight is hard. Doing it alone, though, is even harder. When you go it alone, you are accountable only to yourself. So for most of us, the benefit of a cheer squad/support person or group is vital. But it must be without judgement or pressure, simply honest, from the heart support! Whether you need it emotionally or practically, or both, knowing you have someone on your side willing to stand by you during the good times and bad, without j...udgement is so important and hopefully inspirational, for you to get those results you’ve always wanted. So here’s how to get the best use of the support I offer as a 1:1 consultant ... * Stay in touch with me on good days or bad. * Reach out when you need. I can’t support you the way you might need, if I don’t know how you are going. * Be honest, with yourself and me, without fear... I’ve got your back and will never judge you! * Stay accountable. Don’t miss an appointment because you’ve had a bad day or week. That’ll only give you more reason to continue on that path! * Discuss your reasons, your goals, your wishes and hopes with me, the more you can focus on what you truly want, the better I can support you along the way! So remember that whatever your journeys path, I am along for the ride and cheering you on all the way! 22.01.2022 So my amazing mentor, consultant, supporter and most importantly, true friend, won international consultant of the year tonight after winning the Aussie title last night as well! Holly Sarah You rockstar! What a deserving winner! She helped me change my life, as she has helped so many! ... She is so passionate about what she does. I cannot begin to express how special this woman is! I am so proud and pleased for her! Well done my beautiful friend!

21.01.2022 Love is the key... to so much in our lives and it is essential to successful weight loss. Accepting love from others, even if you don’t feel worthy of it and then... learning that you are worthy of it! ... Searching and finding self love, even if you don’t ever think you can and then... learning you are capable of loving yourself, with all your flaws and imperfections. Expressing love outward, being vulnerable and opening up your heart, even when you are mortally afraid to do so and then... learning that others will treasure your love and you, and that the more you express it, the less you’ll fear doing so. #Love is universal! So if you are on a journey of self discovery and weight loss, you must also be on a journey of love!

18.01.2022 So here’s another first! In the 3 years I’ve been around 1:1 diet products, I have never had the Blackcurrent & Apple Smoothie! Whether on the plan myself or as a consultant! Uhhmmm..... IT’S DELICIOUS ... I can’t believe I waited this long to try it.... It’s so much better than I thought it would be! I it! And that’s one of the major lessons I’m taking away from this #one2onedietchallenge Trying something new! New ideas, new flavours, new experiences, new goals! 16.01.2022 Your heart & soul are the same, it’s just the casing that’s changed... A truly amazing friend said this to me when I reached my #weightlossgoal and I’m so grateful he did! Weight loss changes so much, being a smaller size changes so much.... but it doesn’t change everything! ... It’s good to be reminded again that our casing (downsized or not) are not all that we are, big, small, on a journey or just living, it’s our #heartandsoul that people love, respect and remember! (Hopefully) ............. @one2onedietaustralia and Holly, my 1:1 Diet consultant helped me shrink my casing from a size 24 to a size 10, and now I, as a 1:1 Diet consultant myself, have the privilege of helping others downsize their casings too. It’s come full circle and I am so so grateful!

16.01.2022 Can you weigh yourself too often? The answer is yes and no... If you can accept that your body is human, that it is not a machine that will do the same thing over and over, day in and day out, then no.. weigh as often as you feel it motivating you. Knowing your body’s rhythms and patterns can be a powerful tool to help keep you on track. ... If you can’t mentally handle the normal daily fluctuations of a human body, even when you are in ketosis and losing consistently, then don’t weigh too often in a week. #weightloss is a mind game. Play to your strengths! Don’t make your weaknesses harder to deal with. It’s all about finding your own balance between paying attention to the numbers for positive motivation and paying too much attention that it has a negative effect on your mental health and is demotivating. Find your sweet spot, the number of times you check in with yourself on the scales and then keep it consistent.

05.01.2022 20kg weight loss goal set and ACHIEVED! What a champion! And what a fabulous, healthy and life changing transformation! I can’t express how proud of her I am and how honoured I am to have supported Mrs M in reaching her goal!... She has been incredibly dedicated, and worked hard to change her mindset and lifestyle to match her body’s transformation. 04.01.2022 Not only have I never tried to do a week on plan having only shake/smoothies and soups, but I’ve never done a challenge with the express point of using myself as a guinea pig to see just what can be achieved with this amazing @one2onediet, and not just 100% on plan, but a 100% on liquid plan! So you know, incase you don’t, every 1:1 product has a 1/3 of your daily nutrient needs (whether the meal is drinkable or chewable) so with 4 products a day, we are still remaining perf...ectly and healthily nourished! I’ll keep you posted with my results, as will my gorgeous colleague and friend @one2onedietburleighheads who’s idea it was to try this challenge! It’s day two and I have to say I’m pretty surprised by how easy it is (so far), how full I am feeling, in fact I had to remember to have the 4th product (which is crazy for me, coz I think about eating and food way to much normally) and how I am completely not craving anything. In fact we are both pretty shocked by it! This diet never fails to surprise me!Like with everything, attitude and commitment count for so much when it comes to sticking to plan, but when it’s this easy... well, I wonder why I never tried it before.. here’s hoping it stays this easy! Day 3 & 4 are usually the hardest so ! Curious to see the results too! If it will be the same or more than a 1st week on plan for me in the past! 04.01.2022 Relationship are complex, especially with those we love the most! It’s so interesting that when you start to succeed at weight loss, sometimes it changes the status quo with those around you. You may find that when you started having noticeable success with your #weightloss, some unexpected relationship changes and discomfort with some people may occur. ... When you start seeing your own value... and when you start #valuingyourself, you start needing others to do so too... it’s a big shift, for you and those around you. But please don’t let anyone take this away from you! You are accomplishing something so fantastic... and with such dedication, it’s inspiring.... and even if this new sense of self starts to shift the status quo in your relationships... it does not have to change your will to achieve your goal! There’s always going to be drama of some sort going on, just like there is always temptations... but if you’ve found the strength to not give into temptations, you can also find the strength of self to let the drama swirl around you, but not through you!
