Our duty of care is to always serve our customers and the communities in which we operate with vigilance. Like many others, we are closely following the advice of the Australian Government and World Health Organisation, and their recommendations for minimising the spread of the virus.... We have increased hygiene procedures at all of our routine inspections and open homes for the foreseeable future. This is to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and people. In order for our office keep operating in as usual a manner as possible, especially if more people are required to stay at home due to COVID-19 restrictions. We request your cooperation, with the following procedures that have now been implemented. How you can help: If you are experiencing flu like symptoms which can include but are not limited to mild cough or low- grade fever, we request you advise us prior to attending the office. It is our priority that our team members, consultants, and anyone visiting your home feels safe and remains healthy. This includes both our properties for sale, lease and under management. Property Maintenance We ask that you kindly notify our office immediately should you become aware that you or another occupant on the premises is self-isolating due to actual or suspected COVID-19, so that we can put this property on hold if the matter is not urgent.
