I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response from her on a Sunday . From our first meeting she was very positive and helpful , right through the whole process . Having open days during the fire season , rain and vivid periods , Charissa was always there. Also giving advice on presentation , cleaning and hope .I had lost all faith in Real estate agents but Charissa really turned that around.
