25.01.2022 The other day a little boy in class arrived with big red Santa socks on. He disappeared towards some water and his mother was concerned he would get drenched. Well 5 seconds later this naked white body came running back from the water with just these two big red Santa socks.... I never laughed so hard it was super cute. So he bought me a pair to wear and I wore them for him this morning Thanks for my socks Mlc Clifton.

17.01.2022 MYTH OR FACT Playing a video game can help stop a craving. . ... . . YES! Researchers found that playing a game of Tetris actually helped people overcome their cravings! Scientists think that playing the game distracted them long enough for cravings (which usually last just a short while) to pass. In a study published in the journal Appetite, college students who were having cravings either played a video game or waited for the computer to load. A quarter of the game players reported their cravings went away. Note: it doesn’t have to be Tetris, according to the researchers. It can be anything that requires focus and has plenty of eye-grabbing visuals! I still don’t think I will be starting to play games just to stop cravings it will only start a new bad habit

14.01.2022 Just got this beautiful message and it makes me so happy so I wanted to share it with you. I know that sometimes we are all feeling lost and like there is no way of changing the way we are.......but sometimes there is! "I have just completed a 28 day challenge with Sheree and I have to say... it was awesome! I knew I had to do something about my increasing waist line & general health so I started cold turkey on day 1.. no sugar, coffee, carbs or alcohol. The first 2-3 day...s you could say were hard, but they were still doable and passed quickly. From then on it was great food, lots of food in fact & I rarely felt hungry. But if I did there were healthy options for a snack in the meal plan. With some cheat meals included I never felt deprived of the things I enjoy (just had them in moderation) With the support of Sheree, the Facebook group and other clients doing the challenge it was easy to stay on track. Getting moving every day was easy with the live workouts in Elevate-Live Virtual Training Community and keeping active and being conscious of what I am eating (and drinking) every day will be life long habits." 14.01.2022 I DARE YOU TO TRY THIS AT ALL OF YOUR MEALS TODAY . it’s a lot harder than you might think!!! It’s to SLOW DOWN when you’re eating by at least 50%. Take your time and really CHEW your food. You get extra credit for turning off all distractions when you’re eating, too no TV and no phone!... Studies show that people who say they eat fast gain weight over time and are more than 115% (!!!!) likely to become obese. Plus when you take your time to actually TASTE what you’re eating, you get to enjoy it more, and your digestive system has a much easier time doing its job! 12.01.2022 LOVE LOVE LOVE our town. Just got home from a Desert Blue Connect Womens Mental Health Expo and it was so much fun!!! We spoke to soooo many woman. ... Pregnant, post baby, over 60 year olds ............all who are excited to take control of their mental health through exercise. We don't move to lose weight, we move because it helps us feel better. And although our children are a bit older then everyone we seen today, we will always reiterate the importance of exercising around your kids. They may not behave at first and they may jump over you, but you have to get smarter then them. Feed them at the time you exercise, or get a NEW toy out of the cupboard....or give them a snack that is difficult for them to eat fast (get smarter then them). What's 20minutes? Nothing really out of your day. Knowing that you have had some time for yourself to look after your own body and mind is what every woman needs each day. Today I meet a 90 year old that said she still does exercise. She sits on her bed and she has some of those stretchy bands and she does upper body moves. WHAT A WOMAN. Movement is VITAL for staying young and agile. Today has left me feeling so pumped that we are providing this convenience for other mumma's. I wish this was around when my children were little babies. Being able to workout in the comfort of home, it's not only convenient but a great tool to teach the children the importance of fitness. This was the best expo I have been too and the food was AMAZING - thanks Flowvitality for the delicious snack plates and Tarts & Co Catering for the coffee's. Thankyou so much again to Desert Blue Connect Railway Health Hub, St John of God Geraldton Hospital, Centacare Family Services and to all the mothers groups that offer talks and support to new mums. 12.01.2022 Forcing myself to wake up early so my body clock is ready for Monday. LIVE Workouts start again Monday at 5.30am and 6.30am. It is a struggle to get out of bed but once you have woken earlier you go to bed earlier and then it is no longer a struggle. Having the gorgeous ocean conditions makes waking up even more sweeter!! 09.01.2022 LISTS LISTS AND MORE LISTS I would be lost without my diary. And I don't mean those small ones with no room to write per day....I need a big ass diary.... I need 7 days per page so I can see what my week has booked and I also need an additional list attached per week. This is my to do list and I cross them off as soon as the tasks are done. If something is urgent then I will highlight it but as soon as its done....its crossed off. As soon as I remember something else I need to attend to it goes to the bottom of the list. Each week the paper travels with me. Hopefully before the month is over, the list is complete and a fresh piece of paper is inserted. 07.01.2022 Sounds weird, actually works!!! Have you heard of DINTEO? It’s a way to take control of your food cravings. And it’s a tactic to handle those times when you’re suddenly confronted with yummy baked goods at work or a display of your favorite (junky) food at the grocery store.... All you do is ask yourself: Do I need this eating opportunity? (DINTEO) Like I said - sounds strange, but it actually helps take the control away from the food and gives it back to YOU! It’s surprisingly powerful. We are blessed with SO MANY eating opportunities in our world today it’s just up to us to choose which ones help us reach our goals and which ones don’t. 05.01.2022 PLEASE READ - I absolutely love it when a client manages to achieve what they set out to do. The happiness and satisfaction it gives them makes me super proud to be a trainer. "I had the right mindset coming into this challenge so I found the plan very easy to follow. I badly needed to lose some holiday/covid weight and this seemed like the perfect fit for me. The workouts were great. Convenient first thing in the morning and enough time to get the kids ready and off to sch...ool. I didn’t miss alcohol, I didn’t miss the snacks.. I occasionally had coffee still, but I didn’t really miss that either. Like I said, it’s easier when your head is in the right space to succeed. The meals were delicious and some have become favourites for both myself and husband. I’ll continue to follow the plan somewhat closely even though it’s finished. Plenty of variety and the right foods which keep you full. I usually snack allll the time but I learnt eating the right foods to keep you full, you lost the desire to keep picking! I’ll admit I did get hungry at times and I always had afternoon tea. But when I did I chose a handful of nuts, veggie sticks or yogurt and fruit. I’ve always been big on dessert but I found one block of 85% dark chocolate did the trick for me. Lots of support from other group members and also from Sheree. She’s always on hand to answer any questions! Big thumbs up from me"

02.01.2022 2021 is going to be a BIG YEAR. This post is pretty personal I’m putting myself on notice and making it Facebook official here are some of my personal goals for the year... 1. Simplify my two businesses I don't know why it has to be so confusing, well actually those that know me know how confusing and organised chaos I am. Slow work in progress. 2. I must start putting work onhold and taking care of myself a little more. As I am getting older it is a bit harder to kee...p in optimum health when always slaying away at WORK WORK WORK. 3. I am going to reduce my sugar and salt this month!!! Just this month and see what happens after that. I like adding salt to my meals and perhaps too much. Time to REDUCE those. 01.01.2022 This week coming is MENTAL HEALTH WEEK!! I have trained 1000’s of women and men. I have helped transform their lives.... But the physical transformations are no where near as rewarding as what I am going to say. The changes that no one can see without looking hard. My job is incredible. The people in my life are amazing. Each and every day they all try their hardest. They have hurdle after hurdle, chaos and illness and they still do their best to feel their best. Exercise will ALWAYS be at the fore front of helping mental health. Hanging with postive motivating people helps aswell. But at the end of the day, my world would not be as good or my job wouldn’t be as rewarding if it wasn’t for all my squad doing their best to be their best. They may not get the shiny changes but the deep down changes are what makes me tick. The lightbulb moments when a client realises that food is not the enermy and that carbs are good sometimes. The moment when a client is excited to move their body rather it be a chore. The time when I get private messages to say that instead of drinking on a Friday arvo they are eating a banana and are happy about it Or the time when a client messages to thank me for all the squats I made her do as she was strong enough to hold on to an injured sheep dog for over 30minutes. Or when our little attendees copy their mummas during class All these moments lighten and brighten my life. These amazing women, men and children who are finding happiness thru movement. No one should feel alone in this world. No one should feel unwanted. Everyone deserves to smile from ear to ear and to throw their heads back in laughter and even let out a loud snort every now and then. Exercise does this for me!! My community helps me smile from ear to ear. My squad....... YOU..... you all help me stay happy!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for enriching my life and enriching my soul each day, week and month of the year. What or who helps you smile from ear to ear?

01.01.2022 Every day no matter what I MUST move my body. I’ve been doing this for 23 years, and it’s turned into one of my non-negotiables. I may not always want to..... But I LOVE it when I have. It is now a daily habit of mine. A weekly occurrence. It is engrained into our families beliefs. My children have no choice but to move everyday as they have seen us do it so often. I never liked hiding my children from exercise, no matter how difficult they may have tried to make it. They are front and centre whenever I was exercising. Why do we want them to learn to crawl or ride a bike fast but we don’t want to let them see us exercise???? Habits can seem like such small things, but they add up to something BIG.
