06.01.2022 I’ve been getting asked what beans we use by customers so I figured it would be easiest to do a short profile. One Drop uses Espresso di Manfredi’s Chiaro blend. Roasted in Sydney, Chiaro is a combination of high-grown Arabicas sourced from PNG, South America, East Africa and Asia. A medium roast, Chiaro has an assertive acidity with a sweetly floral fruit flavour with hints of light chocolate.
