19.01.2022 I came to the end of my breastfeeding journey with my 2nd after 6 months. It probably was the biggest love hate relationship of my life. I started weaning and introducing more expressed breastmilk for the last few weeks. I knew I had to introduce formula after my freezer stash ran out.... Honestly, I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I was exhausted and something had to give. I was really hating to wake up in the middle of the night to pump. And then I felt stressed and worried that my milk supply went down and that my baby wasn't getting enough on the boob. It's been a while since I introduced myself and just for fun, I'm going to share 5 facts about myself... 1. I'm 30 years old and have 2 daughters, 2 and 1 year old 2. As a small business owner, on most days, I feel like I've bitten off more than I can chew 3. I totally suck at taking photos or videos of myself. Every time I take videos, I need 20+ retakes (not even joking!) 4. For a big part of 2020, I felt like I was constantly chasing something and falling short. I knew I had to practice gratitude and be content. But I wasn't doing it. Until I read 'The subtle art of not giving a f*ck' by Mark Manson and the things they talked about in the book really helped me. 5.
