13.01.2022 How can I enjoy exercise more in 2018?... Thinking out load 1) think I'll swap the word exercise with playing. 2) some days think I'm just gonna focus on having fun, moving, improvising, trying new things. Go with the flow. feel not think- Learn how to know what days are best suited for me to fly this method. 3) equally important. know what days are best suited for me to focus on technique and more structured methods of ex...ercising or playing about , capitalising on these moments to gain max benefits- Appreciating the importance of programs, structure, movement fundamentals and all that but not restricted by. 4) always allow space for spontaneous activities and adventures. Be comfortable to Make space even if change of plans is required. Spontaneous adventures are ALWAYS the best!!! 5) goals. make them,break them adjust them, keep them current. *** My Mentors=**** babies,children (before old enough to care about what others think or what should or shouldn't be) nieces, nephews, animals. Most of all people that I reckon "get it". Know them, friend them, stalk them, learn from them.... P.S for those of you that got this far ;) these ideas might be what I think will work best for me. *By no means do I think that I would ever know what is best for you. You should ultimately always know what's best for you. Even if you gotta dig deep, think and feel hard. You'll figure it out better and quicker then anyone else. You just need to make the time. Use info from professionals in their specific areas of expertise as a guide by all means but never out source the ongoing commitment to learning about knowing what's going to be best for you and your body.
